At what time do you perform your service?

Our normal cleaning hours are scheduled to be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the weekdays. However, we will endeavour to work around your schedule.

You don’t need to be on-site to see the entire cleaning process completed. We handle everything to ensure your commercial space is spotless and well-maintained, while also remaining cost conscious.

What are the payment options and when are invoices issued?

We typically invoice bi-weekly and request our clients to stay up to date every month. You can make payments for the services using these methods:

  • Cash - We can collect cash payments when we come for your scheduled cleans.
  • Banker’s cheque - We can send someone to collect a cheque during regular business hours.
  • Bank transfer - Please include your invoice number in the message so we can associate the payment.
  • Credit and or debit card - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners or American Express.
  • PayPal - We have a business PayPal account which we can use to send invoices or you can use PayPal with your debit or credit card.

Does JCE Solutions offer special cleaning equipment?

Absolutely, we’re committed to protecting the environment while ensuring your indoor spaces are clean and balanced. We provide:

  • Garbage storage bags
  • Essential cleaning equipment
  • High duster kits and microfiber cloths
  • Commercial floor hoovers
  • Wallpaper steamers
  • Floor steamers for commercial spaces

If you need additional supplies like hand soap or tissue paper, we offer them at a minimal cost. You can also contact your favorite supermarket for urgent delivery.

What exactly is a detail-clean rotation?

Your facilities need regular cleaning, which is where our detailed cleaning rotation comes into play. We establish a periodic cleaning schedule, dividing your premises into sections such as living rooms, kitchens, sleeping areas, and bathrooms.

Our cleaning services are provided on a rotating basis, ensuring that everything is consistently maintained without disrupting your regular business operations. You can rest easy knowing that every area receives thorough attention.

Do you have a minimum contractual period?

We prefer to establish annual cleaning agreements, but we also offer flexibility. If you need to terminate the contract, simply notify us two weeks in advance.

As always, we are committed to providing the highest level of service throughout the duration of the contract, even up to its termination. Your satisfaction is our priority.
