These are the terms set as of this date to regulate and monitor the use and accessibility of this website and any of the services listed thereof on the website. Visitors of the website will therefore be expected to adhere to any regulations set in line with the framework of the services provided by the website
Contents of the terms
1.1.Use of the website, that is by reading through the website or even browsing through the website automatically puts the reader in a position that shows that they have read, internalized and understood to be bound by these terms. If readers do not agree with this, then, they must at once stop using the website or any use of services provided right away.
1.2. Jce solutions reserves the right to review and update any of the Terms by updating the Terms Page at its sole discretion. When the terms have been updated, the changes will not be enforced immediately and they will become effective in seven days after they have been posted or made known. The only notable difference may be in the event that, the changes made are in relation to new functions. In this case, the changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Any website user is not given any provision, without a prior written permit of jce solutions and any other of any other relevant parties to reuse, make any modifications, and take part in distribution or selling, leasing, broadcasting, republishing or even uploading to any third party. 5.1. These terms as stipulated, will be applicable until they are terminated by either the users or the jce solutions as will be/ may have been advised.
5.3. Jce solutions may decide to cease provision of their services to the website users if they so wish, or they may choose to provide users with new limits to any of their services at any time.
In the event that any website user goes against the website regulations, they are strongly advised to contact/ and or report this to any relevant parties.
This will enable our legal team to take quicker action and this will also go a long way in looking out for the website user’s own interest, it may actually cause any legal action that may have been taken to be either reduced or an agreed settlement. This will all be in accordance to the law set by the jurisdiction of operation.
